+ Payment is due on the day of service for all individual services.
+ Program payments are due in full before the introductory session takes place.
+ Payments can be made by check, Zelle, or credit/debit card with an added 3.5% service charge. You may be able to use funds from your HSA as payment.
+ We do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for the service of health & wellness coaching.
+ We do not accept insurance directly at this time, however health and wellness coaches do have a series of CPT codes for potential insurance reimbursement that the client/patient can submit themselves via request.
