Support Circles Package (50 min)

Work in a group, together exploring and discovering monthly topics, activities and exercises on health and wellness topics including mindset, food, fitness, creativity and emotional intelligence. We offer a variety of community based program and workshops focused on a mind, body, spirit approach to wellness- inspiring others to be their own best health advocate.
