Meet Megan

 

Megan Frey is a member of The National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), International Association for Health Coaches (IAHC) and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), devoted to supporting individuals and communities in enhancing their quality of life. She has studied the science behind healing the human body, promoting a state of balance in body, mind, and spirit. She works with her clients to cultivate a deeper connection, which leads to more satisfying life experiences and relationships. She has worked both nationally and internationally, her commitment is to global heath and mindfulness, always aiming to make supportive services more accessible throughout the world.

Megan’s mission is to gently guide and empower others to feel even more connection and balance within their own health and happiness.  As a health and wellness coach, she is passionate about helping people discover choices that can enable them to thrive, feel their best and live their best life. Inspiring and guiding others to trust their intuition, building self-efficacy, establish emotional well-being and create a personalized wellness plan for life. She helps people who desire a balanced life in mind, body and spirit but are unsure how to make this happen for themselves.

Megan's background

 

Prior to discovering her passion as a wellness coach, she spent nearly 12 years in dentistry and understand first-hand the challenges of maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle while finding the time for self-care and growth. Megan’s passion for wellness led her to become a health coach so that she could help other mindful and health inspiring souls prioritize their health to improve their emotional well-being, eat cleaner and integrate simple and sustainable healthy habits.

Megan graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition  where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. When away from books, coaching clients and teaching courses, you’ll find her kiteboarding at the local beach to whichever region has the best wind, she became a International Kiteboard Instructor in 2014 and is currently offering private lessons for clients. Kiteboarding offers amazing benefits of awakening and calibrating to the touch of the inner child at play.
